Virtual teams: usually formed when geographical separations cannot be bridged. They are composed of members who rarely, if ever, meet physically. Among members, communications are mainly through Internet, telephone and video conferencing.

The aim of this questionnaire is to understand how people reflect on the importance of trust and collaboration to the success of virtual projects (e.g. Open Source Software Development) carried out in a virtual environment.
